The cut-off date is October 13, 2010. Reservations requests received
after the cut-off-date will be accepted at the sole discretion of
Hotel on a space and rate availability basis. If the group rate is
not available after the cut-off-date, the prevailing rack rates will
apply for any confirmed reservations.

refund policy on Journey purchase:
Registration fees will not be refunded unless the Journey is
attended and you are not pleased with the content. If you are unable
to attend the Journey, you may send someone else in your place or
attend the next scheduled Journey. Please note that we cannot
extend your registration beyond the next scheduled Journey.
